Settings

Tap the gear. Settings is organized as one section per topic, with a section for every widget that has options.

  • Name / greeting — what the top of the dashboard calls you.
  • Weather location — search any city worldwide or a 5-digit US ZIP. One location drives Weather, Air & Sky and Surf together. Choosing a US location defaults to °F, elsewhere °C, and a toggle overrides that.
  • Display — when the dashboard shows versus the screensaver; see Display modes.
  • Setup code — enter a new code, or show the QR that backs up your board.

Each configurable widget has its own section — pick your subway lines, your station, your tickers, your teams, your news sources. The widget pages in the widget guide describe every option in context.

List-style widgets (Markets, World Clock, Headlines and friends) come with sensible starter entries; remove them like anything else.

Settings → Widgets points you to the pencil editor — adding and removing cards happens there, where you can see what fits.
